    2. Open the ratchet handle.

    3. Pull out the strap

    How to adjust the Ratchet Strap?

    1. Open the latch and tie-down strap through the bottom hole.

    2. Put the tie-down strap back into the middle hole.

    3. Swing the handle back and forth to tighten the tie-down straps further.

    4. Fully close the ratchet handle to lock the tie-down strap
