Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday). The same applies to orders made on bank holidays, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact our customer service department.
Cancellation and Returns
Once orders are dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to return unwanted items, please notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods for a refund. A returns sheet will be included in your order for your convenience.

All products undergo thorough inspection, packaging, and sealing before delivery. Should you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing, incorrect, or damaged products, please contact us for prompt assistance.
Delivery to Alternate Addresses
Yes, we can deliver to a different address than your billing address. Simply provide the necessary information during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery Process
All deliveries require a signature. You will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. If you're unavailable to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will hold it at the nearest depot for collection within 14 days.
Notification and Tracking
You will be notified via email once your order is packed and dispatched. On the day of delivery, the courier company will send you an SMS within a 1-hour time frame. Ensure your mobile phone number is provided at checkout for SMS notifications.

We utilize Royal Mail tracking 24 for shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your postcode.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in all product orders. Different shipping options are available based on your preferences. Please check the following points:
- Handling Time- 0-1 Days
- 4-5 working days for Economy Shipping Under £50 shipping costs £3.99, Above £50 free shipping.
- Express - 3-4 working days, shipping costs £4.99.
- Express Sign For- 2-3 Working Days shipping costs £5.99.
- Special Delivery - (£7.99): 1-2 days
Delivery to Workplace
You can have your order delivered to your place of work by placing a new order over the phone. For first-time orders, delivery is only available to your home address.
Weekend Deliveries
We do deliver on weekends for orders placed before 9 p.m. on Friday.
Confirmation and Communication
You will receive a confirmation email or text once your order is picked up, along with tracking details and an estimated delivery time window.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss the delivery deadline, the courier will leave a business card with contact details for a reattempt. Please contact us if a second delivery attempt is missed.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may take longer.
