Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday). The same applies to orders made on bank holidays, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Change of Shipping Address

Cancellation and Returns
Once orders are dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to return unwanted items, please notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods for a refund. A returns sheet will be included in your order for your convenience.

Delivery to Alternate Addresses

Delivery Process
All deliveries require a signature. You will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. If you're unavailable to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will hold it at the nearest depot for collection within 14 days.

Delivery to Workplace
You can have your order delivered to your place of work by placing a new order over the phone. For first-time orders, delivery is only available to your home address.
Weekend Deliveries
We do deliver on weekends for orders placed before 9 p.m. on Friday.

Missed Deliveries
If you miss the delivery deadline, the courier will leave a business card with contact details for a reattempt. Please contact us if a second delivery attempt is missed.
